During the conference, the Shandong Development and Reform Commission, along with the cities of Jinan, Qingdao, and Yantai, presented their initiatives and investment opportunities, particularly in new quality productive forces, marine economy, and green and low-carbon development.
In recent years, Shandong and Singapore have cultivated a strong and multifaceted partnership across numerous fields such as diplomacy, commerce, and civil society. These strengthening ties served as a foundation for the 48 key cooperative projects signed at the event in sectors including modern finance, food, new energy, education, healthcare, equipment manufacturing, and advanced chemicals.
Building on the success of this event, Shandong province is committed to further expanding cooperation with Singapore in areas such as green and low-carbon development, modern marine economy, education, culture, and scientific innovation. Both sides will work together to ensure the continued success of their pragmatic cooperation.
