On the afternoon of March 29th, the China (Shandong)-Russia Electromechanical Enterprises Introduction and Marketing Conference was held online. More than 160 electromechanical enterprises from China and Russia attended the meeting and had an in-depth exchange.
Yu Hongchi, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, pointed out in his speech that China and Russia have broad prospects for trade cooperation in mechanical and electrical products. He suggested that enterprises of the two sides strengthen information communication, tap cooperation potential in key areas, seize opportunities, turn crises into opportunities, strengthen joint R&D and production,and build model cooperation projects.
Lin Haibin, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Municipal Party Committee, said in his speech that Shandong is a big industrial and manufacturing province in China, and the electromechanical manufacturing industry occupies an important position in the country. Shandong has great potential in the cooperation with Russia in the field of electromechanical economy and trade.
Zhang Dong, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the SCO Demonstration Zone, said in his speech that the SCO Demonstration Zone will actively give play to its platform and resource advantages, serve and support the practical cooperation between Chinese and Russian mechanical and electrical enterprises, and enhance the scale of mutual investment and trade.
At the meeting, the Management Committee of SCO Demonstration Zone and the Foreign Affairs Office of Zibo Municipal People's Government respectively signed framework cooperation agreements with China Huaming International Investment Co., Ltd.
